Shipping & Delivery

Canada

Naturelle ships within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Customers in these regions must arrange their own delivery.

United States & International

Requests for delivery to the United States or other international locations must be made by email to:

Delivery Terms

• Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment

• Liability transfers to the customer once delivery is accepted

• Standard shipping: 7–15 business days

• Special or custom orders: 3–4 weeks

• Online orders default timeline: 7–15 days (may vary)

Clearance, Custom & Special Orders

• Latex layers may vary in configuration

• Size tolerance: ± ½ inch

• 25% restocking fee applies to cancelled custom orders (unused, original packaging)

• Custom, special-order, and custom-size mattresses are non-refundable

Expedited Shipping

Available upon request. Delivery may take 7–10 days, with possible delays of up to 15–20 days depending on the carrier.

Sales Tax

Final sale prices include all applicable state and local taxes.

 

Warranties

All Website content and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Naturelle is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of this Website or its products. Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers and are their sole responsibility.

Return Policy

1. Damaged Goods Upon Delivery

• Refuse delivery if damage is visible or contact Naturelle while delivery service is still there.

• Report concealed damage within 24 hours

2. Unopened Products

• Authorization required within 24 hours of delivery

3. 90-Night Comfort Guarantee (Canada Only)

• Exchange latex layers for a fee ($45–$85)

• Exchange only (no refunds)

• Not applicable to juvenile models

• Pillows are non-exchangeable

4. Faulty Products

• Must be reported within 24 hours

Latex Sources

All latex used is 100% Natural GOLS-Certified Organic Latex, sourced from Sri Lanka and Thialand . Finished mattresses are made in Canada.

Void Where Prohibited

Products and services may not be available in all jurisdictions. Offers are void where prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Naturelle. If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
