Naturelle Warranty Overview

• Mattresses: 25-Year Total Warranty

• Toppers: 15-Year Warranty

• Pillows: 5-Year Warranty

The Naturelle Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and begins on the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Naturelle will repair or replace defective components at its discretion. Replacement parts will be of equal or greater quality. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty term.

What’s Covered

• Permanent visible indentations 1” or greater

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Minor body impressions and natural latex variations are normal and not defects.

Foundation Requirements

Your mattress must be used on a proper foundation or platform bed.
Third-party foundations must meet all slat spacing and support requirements. Improper support may void the warranty.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Comfort preferences

• Stains, burns, moisture, mould, or mildew

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or sunlight exposure​.

Warranty Claims

Submit proof of purchase and photos of:

1. Mattress indentation with a straight edge

2. Bed frame or foundation support
